At Liberty Skis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your equipment is unused and in its original packaging, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused skis or apparel in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear to confirm it is in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
