How do I choose the right ski length for my ability?
Generally, skis should reach between your chin and the top of your head. Beginners should opt for shorter lengths for easier control, while advanced skiers often prefer longer skis for increased stability at high speeds.
Do Liberty Skis come pre-waxed and sharpened?
Yes, all our skis are shipped with a factory tune and a protective wax layer. However, for optimal performance, we recommend a professional hot wax before your first day on the mountain.
What is your return policy for equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that once bindings have been mounted to the skis, they are considered custom equipment and are no longer eligible for return.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear before an upcoming trip.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your skis?
Liberty Skis are backed by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers structural issues but does not include damage from rocks, rails, or normal wear and tear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the importation process.
